"So far I have only tried the shawerma and it was so amazing I have no words. I have tried shawerma in different parts of the middle east, and I never thought the best shawerma I'd try would be in Newark, NJ. The staff is extremely hospitable and generous and try to remember your name if you tell them. The restaurant is extremely clean and you can see into the kitchen from the cash register and it is very clean and hygienic. Everything is made to order so it is not sitting out. Update: Came back today with my mom and she ordered a grilled chicken salad and requested shawerma instead of grilled chicken and she really liked it! She is very picky about middle eastern food because she grew up there and always feels like she could make it better than the restaurants in the US so it was not expected. I had the chicken shawerma platter and thought it was really good too! Good portion size as well and not stingy with the protein."
