"Service needs lots of improvement, I guess they know it's not good, that they have to lie about the number of guests to receive a tip. First off all tip supposed to be a suggestion (don't take me wrong, I always leave tip no matter how bad the service is) I went with my husband and 2 kids so we were 4 people but the lie and put 6 to add the tip (so just be AWARE you may be leaving Doble tip without knowing ) When our food arrived we were missing a side dish for one of the kids and the utensils at this point we didn't have any, so we wait a lot, so by the time the utensils and side dish arrived our food was cold already and from that point we never see the waitress again until we ask for the bill (but they seem more chatty with other tables) my kid wanted a orange juice but whenever I looked for a server there was no one. The food looks pretty but my husband was concerned about the meat (it was supposed to be beef but it looked and tasted like pork) levanta muertos dish is what he ordered, it taste very bland the soup nothing special neither good. I ask for Chicharron and I know they come with plantains but I didn't expect only 4 little pieces in each cup made of plantains I couldn't feel the chicharron at all only, the aftertaste of the chicharron was the sauce what was marinated very strong that overpowered the chicharron and bc it has some guacamole the chicharron felt soggy!.. so not coming back again"
