"Called because I never received my confirmation text after ordering online. I was on hold for over 10 min while the person who answered tended to other orders, ultimately forgetting about me. Tried calling back, calls went unanswered. Had a friend call, they answered immediately, and we received the confirmation text shortly after. We opted for curbside pickup, but when I called, the same person that forgot about me on the phone told me "ok, can you come inside?" What's the point of "curbside?" Terrible customer service, awesome food."

"Do not order for delivery. We ordered dinner at about 6:30pm. We got it at noon the next day. It was delicious, but 18 hours is a long time to wait for dinner."

"I usually go there for the catfish dinner. I've been pleased most times but lately, I've gotten disappointed because they keep forgetting to add the coleslaw on the side. When it started happening, I started checking the box but there have been times I forgot to do it, and alas, no coleslaw. Last week I tried their lemon pepper chicken but I couldn't finish it because it was TOO peppery. The bread had soaked up some of the pepper as well. I just couldn't eat it and not because it may have felt spicy, but because it was extremely salty. I'd change the rating because the catfish is good and the dinner combo is mostly good, but if they don't complete their combos or don't check the pepper/salt on their food, I'll have to reconsider coming back."

"I would not go back to this location. I was there 2 weeks ago. The young lady didn’t seem to want to acknowledge me when I walked in. She was so into her phone. I gave my order, asked about the restroom and was told to make sure it’s locked when I come out. I went into the restroom. There was no soap. The soap dispenser looked as if it was ripped out. There was no toilet paper and the few pieces of napkins I would not touch. I asked the young lady for toilet paper and she gave me the same type of napkins that was in restroom. They were inappropriate. They are to give costumers with their food. They are not meant to be used in the restroom. They were way too thin. I believe the toilet wasn’t all that great either. I question if the cook or the young lady washes their hands since there’s no soap. The cook was using gloves to cook my food. When I came to see if my order was ready, again the young lady was heavily engrossed in her phone barely acknowledging my return and went right back to her phone as I was leaving and not thanking me for the business. I wanted to put a small order over the phone this past Friday. The young lady said I would have to do it person. I told her I was 2 min drive away, but she said I had to come in. I decided I would go home and cook the frozen whiting in my car as I know what type of oil I would be using (olive). Though their fish is good, their fish is quite greasy & most likely not healthy oil. I was feeling sick with hunger, but made my way home to cook my own which was better for me."

"We ordered around 50 chicken wings ahead of time so we can pick up @ 12 noon for my co - workers last day party but when we got there the store was still closed! Took a few minutes to get it open. Wings were not ready yet. The cook just started cooking them and I end up waiting for another 30 minutes! The wings though were fresh, crispy, delicious and had just the right amount of flour and cajun seasoning! Brought home the leftovers home and my wife and son loved it! I will be back soon to buy for the family. Hopefully I don't have to wait that long next time!"
