"My experience was not satisfactory. I had placed a phone order for a Paisa and had specifically requested for the chorizo to be replaced with a fried egg, which they had agreed to. However, when I received my order, there was no chorizo and only a small piece of egg in my rice as evidence that there had been an egg but it had been removed. I tried calling the restaurant to address this issue, but there was no response. Additionally, the quality of the food was not up to par."

"The food at this place is top-notch, but the service leaves much to be desired. Behind the register, there are eight women who seem more interested in staring at customers than providing proper service. The only one who actually seems to be doing her job is a super skinny, older woman in a blue shirt. She came to our table to check on us and even took the time to clean it. However, the rest of the women, dressed in black, looked utterly miserable, which really put a damper on my dining experience. I think I'll start looking for a new dining spot where I can be treated better."
