"My job opened late so I said why not get some breakfast. I came here & it was early so it was pretty empty. The cashier was nice, young lady, very professional. I was struggling with my tap & pay but she was extremely patient. The supervisor was was nice as well. I sat upstairs & ate & watched the view of 125th Street until it was time for work. It was nice to have some peace & quiet for a few."

"While enjoying my meal from Chick-fil-A 125th st on 06/04/2024, I was disappointed to discover something disturbing in my food, as shown in the attached image. As a loyal customer, I expected better from such a popular establishment. This experience has left me feeling disappointed and hesitant to recommend dining here to others."

"I’m a regular in chick fila . My name is Brianna. I literally come here every single day & the staff knows me . This particular one LADY ( who must be new ) took the amazing experience out of me that chick fila ususally gives . So for starters she calls me to the register and as I’m giving my order she just walks always mid sentence and then comes back and just stares at me . First rude incounter. As I’m saying my order again, she’s paying me no mind and just looking all over the place. I had to ask if she heard me cause she wasn’t paying attention at all. She shakes her head yes as if her mouth is broken. After FINALLY ordering she gives me my change & walks away. Chick fila has a way they interact with people and that’s why I come here! Clearly the values of chick fila has changed and they no longer look for a bubbly personality as a quality for their employees . As a dedicated customer since this location opened. I’ll take my business else where."

"There's a new Chick-fil-A right across the street from the Apollo Theater in Harlem, which is super convenient for grabbing a bite before a show. The place is very clean and well-maintained, with a spacious and airy feel. Their signature chicken sandwiches are, of course, delicious, and a perfect option for a quick and satisfying meal."

"I have yet to see a Chick-fil-a that isn’t clean. Just like every other location, this place is immaculate. They have private security that only lets guests up into the seated dining area above. The staff make accurate orders, and the food maintains the same quality as any other location. The reason I can’t give it 5 stars is for 2 reasons: 1) Their milkshakes are too watery. Ours was almost completely drinkable. I would prefer these to be colder and more solid like other locations. Flavor was still accurate. 2) Service is quite slow. Even for placing mobile orders, it takes quite awhile for staff to assist you in bringing your order."
