"Employees have been so rude to us that we won’t be back. And we live just down the road. My wife speaks Spanish fluently but one would never know and there have been multiple times the staff says rude nasty things about customers in Spanish. When everything is so expensive that is completely unacceptable. We are always looking to be polite too. Food isn’t bad at all"

"I was shocked and disgusted by what I saw in what used to be my daily breakfast place. I saw a disabled woman asked to leave the premises by a worker behind the counter because they said the woman’s 2 service dogs were not allowed in the establishment. The woman tried to explain several times that the dogs are service animals and she needs them to accompany her wherever she goes for health reasons. The person did not care what the woman was saying and continued to ask her to leave until she had no choice but to do so. The coldness and utter disregard towards another human beings needs that this person showed this woman was gross. I will never spend another penny in this place. To the person behind the counter that asked this poor woman to leave, “Under the ADA, State and local governments, businesses, and nonprofit organizations that serve the public must allow service animals to accompany people with disabilities in all areas of the facility where the public is allowed to go”."

"I can't think of any business I've been going to as long as NY Bagel. We first found this spot as young, broke skate rats 15+ years ago. It seems like many of the same kind faces that took care of us back then are still at it now. The bagels are still great too. They're the biggest in the area and are still less expensive than many others. Much love to the crew."

"Hmm, where to begin about this place that I simply love. My name is Dr. Jay Villani and I own a full chiropractic wellness center around the block. It's safe to say I eat here 25 mornings a month so one can safely say they are a huge part of my morning nutrition & or honestly my life. Their bagels are fantastic, their French Toast is to die for... Yes die for! I am a huge fan of their Turkey Bacon as well as they're ground beef omelet. The staff just simply accommodates at all times even when it gets very very crowded and that's very often for the food is great. If you're looking for good food at good prices I'd say head on over and add this to your weekly or monthly rotation. You won't be disappointed."

"Great bagel spot and they didn't hold back on the size of the bagel. It can feed a family of four, lol."
