"I placed an order on 6/3 for a delivery but I never received my order. The delivery man told me he’d send me a photo of where he left my food but never did. I called the restaurant and told them what happened, but they are unwilling to help me out. I called three times and every time i called, they promised to give me a call back but they never called back. Which made me call 3 times. After the third time, the manager finally reached out to me. However, she was so so so rude and was not willing to listen to what i said. She kept cutting me off when i was trying to explain the situation. As i was speaking, she cut me off and said “im gonna tell you EXACTLY what driver said, he said you told him to leave it on the left side of the door and you ordered it for your friend. He delivered it and i cant do anything about it if you didnt receive it”. Well, I want you, the owner, to confirm with the cashier who received my order because i specifically told him to leave it on the right side of the door. Which is unit B. Also, i never said i ordered it for my friend. It was for myself. I never said a word “friend” during the phone call. It is either he is lying or misunderstood my order for someone else’s. Since the manager is so rude and unwilling to help further (she didnt even send me the photo the driver said he took) i will leave my house door photo here for you to confirm with the driver. Im sure its not the same door he left (because he delivered it to the wrong door) Not receiving the delivery is one thing, but this kind of horrible experience with such unfriendly rude manager is another. She just made this whole experience even worse. Why are you being so rude and trying to teach customer and cut off everything the customer has to say? I spent almost $100 on this order. This was such unpleasant experience that i would never ever experience again. I dont like leaving bad reviews like this to local restaurants. I like supporting them. Im willing to delete this review if the owner is willing to help out. But if not, i will leave it here."

"Jacks is awesome!! Come here for fresh food (of course seafood). They have a lot to choose from and they have multiple locations! The service is super fast and it’s a great casual place for some good food! I love that it’s BYOB and I love their lobster roll! Insta: @thehungrysw"
