"I will never go to this McDonalds and I will not recommend anyone to go either the place is dirty all the time. Employees and managers are rude all a customer wanted was his order remade and they refused to make it saying a that a 1 meal order to be remade was too expensive for McDonalds to that for the customer and said the customer had to order again like it doesn’t hurt to put the customer first delivery or in person the order was a small order so remaking the order would cost nothing to McDonalds but what hurts more is a bad a review and 2 people never returning to this establishment and not recommending this restaurant to anyone"

"I have lived here for 10 years and I have never had a problem with your staff. I visit your restaurant 3-4 times a week because I have many children. Today one of your unprofessional girl attacked me,because I didn't have a receipt, but I had a number to pay the order. The girls should ask first for number or receipt,instead they're threaten that they will not take my order. If I don’t have receipt, they should calmly explain, or ask if I have a number! Your employee not behaving professionally. Today I was called crazy "loco".Yes, I am not Spanish, but I live in a Spanish-speaking area. I understand when Spanish-speaking people communicate with me!"

"Pick up my breakfast on my way to work.. Great deals, save $$$ through the app.. customer service was great.. fast in and out service... only every now n then I get an egg shell in my sausage egg mc muffin."

"I went to this location a little after 10pm and order two strawberry & cream pies via the kiosk. I received my order in about 3mins or so, but upon checking the bags contents, there were two apple pie boxes. I then notified manager, and showed my receipt. The manager tells me the boxes indeed contained strawberry pie, but were placed in apple pie boxes because they were out of strawberry pie boxes. I took her word and almost walked away, but decided to check the contents of the boxes, which turned out to be apple. I again informed the manager of the error. Manager takes back the order, and I had to wait over 20mins for new pies to be baked, even though the kiosk listed items in stock. After the wait, manager handed me the items I paid for in the same used and crumpled bag of the original order. Miraculously they now had the correct boxes for the pie. Manager didn’t once say, sorry for the inconvenience. I will make it my business to share my experience on all social media platforms, and NEVER! visit this location again due to the poor customer service. It’s such a shame how the level of customer service from McDonald’s in n.y.c varies by location. Customer service in the Times Square location compared to the bronx is like night and day. I choose to vote with my wallet, and not accept poor customer service."
