"Poor customer service and unprofessional. I came in the store and there were two ladies in the back conversing and it took them at least 3 minutes to come to the front and notice a customer came inside the store. One of the ladies does not speak English, which I'm not bothered by. The issue I had was the lady at the cash register changing the price of the smoothie I ordered. She upcharge me and then proceeded to tell me that "prices are subject to change". Why have a sign that says different prices if you're going to change the price of the items in the store? The lady made me a small pineapple, mango, and papaya smoothie. I told her do not add any evaporated milk as she was about to. I asked her to use water as the base and don't add any sugar (as she was about to). So why am I getting upcharged? I simply paid the amount she asked for and noted that they lost a customer for their poor service. Karma is real and if you're running a business unprofessional then you're not going to make it in the industry."
"Expect poor service if you’re not of hispanic or latino ethnicity. Food wise most things seem to be simply reheated. Probably won’t return again and wouldn’t advise anyone else too."
"Rude and un professional and racist. I was sitting there ordering my food and the cashier could not understand English. I was trying to order her cheeseburger and she couldn’t understand. Then someone of Spanish-speaking comes in speaking Spanish ordering their food and she takes his order instead of mine right in front of my face and the other guy behind the counter acts like I need to be quiet and shut up. Rude As hell, not spending money here"
"Food way too expensive for the portion size. This is not my first time ordering from them, but this will be my last!!!! I never had somebody tell me when ordering they would call me back and give me the price because they are busy. The tacos I ordered came with a whole bunch of lettuce and very little meat. I was very disappointed. Don’t waste your money here!!"
