"The employees at the Fair Lawn location are the nastiest people I’ve ever come across. The lady with the rainbow dreadlocks was giving me dirty looks and staring at me with daggers in her eyes if I asked for anything. The gentleman that helped me sighed every time I asked a question. Sweltering hot in the restaurant, almost unbearable. But if they want more customers, get new employees, if I could give negative stars I would!!!!"

"Their drive thru is weird as hell and their workers are over it. So if you want a burger and fries with an attitude on the side this is your place to go. They’ll probably get your order wrong too. You’ll life will feel like a joke if you’re having a bad day already"

"The food is good but how they treated me was terrible. One worker stared at me like i was crazy when i told her that my dog was a service animal. Just to then speak spanish to her coworkers on how i was lying. Terrible customer service and no respect at all. I nearly had an panic attack because of the server."

"This restaurant deserves BIG ZERO for customer service. I ordered 4 items from Uber Eats but only received 3; notably, the spicy chicken sandwich was missing. This isn't the first time this has happened at the Broadway Fair Lawn restaurant. I'm concerned that there might be deliberate mishandling of orders, possibly for financial gain. This situation suggests potential fraudulent activity within the restaurant. As a result, I've decided not to return to this establishment."

"This McDonald's at 37-01 Broadway in Fair Lawn, is the one McDonald's that introduced me to the franchise way back in the early 1960s. Of course the building has changed quite a bit from the original. Back then, there was no eating inside; there was no place to do it. You walked up to the window in front, ordered, paid for it, and ate either in your car, as most people did back then, on one of the two side benches attached to the building, or on a nearby curb. There is inside, a collage of the various exostructures of this McDonald's, from the 50s, and through many of its remodels as it morphed into what it is now. Today, this McDonald's is sadly a mere shadow of what it once was. Making my first appearance in this building in about ten years, my first step was into the remnant of a liquid spill that was so sticky, it had already crusted over, indicating the floor had not been mopped in almost two hours at least. The counters and tables were mostly not in that good shape maintenance wise either. The big problem I had was that while on the menu board, the prices for combos were listed, the prices for individual sandwiches that were featured on combos, that is, Big Macs, Quarter Pounders, Fish, and a few others, were not. I like to know what I am going to pay before it gets rung up. All in all, for all the nostalgia that I have for this place, this is now one very bad look. Fair Lawn McDonald's, GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!"
