"I only came in for a pickup order, but it was a great experience! I’m not sure of his role, but a manager/supervisor was training a new employee, and he was very attentive and kind to both the customers and the trainee. And the attention to detail was chef’s kiss. His friendliness stood out enough for me to leave this review! I don’t live in the area, and I only work nearby once a week, but I’ll definitely keep this Primo spot in mind when I’m around."
"I went into primohoagies with my wife to try these sandwiches we’ve been hearing so much about from our friends and we just had to come check it out! The sandwiches were full and filling.. I definitely enjoyed myself and the cashier Jocelyn was very helpful and kept a smile on her face as she waited for us to decide what we wanted to eat. She was patient and super friendly. I’ve enjoyed experience and I will definitely be returning"
"Excellent customer service as soon as I entered the shop. My favorite part of this experience is that when my order was ready I didn’t have to walk up to the front to grab my order! "Was having a rough day to begin with but walking into the store but the smiling cashier that greeted me was lovely. I believe his name was Dylan H or something I just remember he made me chuckle when he told me his last name. He also recommended me the Italian Diablo because “it’ll spice up my rough day”. Best recommendation I have received. It was an absolute lovely sandwich and he was highlight of my day."
"Got the Italian and a cheesesteak and both were outstanding! Also got a chicken with pesto and bruschetta for tomorrow’s lunch- looks delicious! Their own flavor of Italian sub potato chips were great as well. Weekends they offer $4 off the large sub which is 24 inches! Actually a bargain since it feeds four. Will definitely be back here often!"
