"Went to this Spencer’s and was asked if I need help, when I said yes and asked my question I was then given a quite obnoxious, rude and disgusting response by the big woman that worked in the front. Not only did she scoff in my face but she also pointed me in the wrong direction of the item even thought she saw I was just there. It’s one thing if you’re going to be obnoxiously rude but at least know your stuff. Do better Spencer’s"

"Immediately when I came in the store a staff approached me and asked if I needed help. I asked where the chokers were. She then told me it was buy one get one half off. I loved how she was really willing to help customers and giving me a positive shopping experience! I love it here!"

"Went this morning 12/22/18 approximately 11:00 am Bay Shore Mall location no one else was online at check out yet cashier continued socializing with 2 other employees the cashier was laughing so hysterically at whatever joke was going on between them, that when I was asking if my Spencers rewards card was still usable on sale merchandise, it wasn’t until she finished her conversation, behaving at tho I interrupted her at “Brunch” that she attended to us finally and responded by rudely saying “What”?! before finally charging us for the merchandise. Spencer’s is a Novelty Gift Store, where you can find awesome one of a kind personal & sometimes sentimental items, however “let’s be for real” they don’t get the customer traffic other more practical stores get, so because of that they really should be attentive to their customers."
