"Mario is the BEST! If you have any needs regarding leather, look no further. I brought in an old, sentimental wallet that is my grandmothers. It really meant a lot to have it repaired, and Mario was just as passionate to make this happen. Not only did he do an amazing job, but he was so kind and caring. This establishment is where you should be giving your business, to a local shop who cares, who’s compassionate and kind. 10/10 experience. "I NEVER do reviews, but am making an exception. I brought a pair of beautiful, but worn out boots to Mario's Shoe Repair on Thursday. They needed new soles and heels. The workmanship and pride that the owner, Alessandro (Alex) puts into his craft is evident. Not only did fix the two issues in a quick turnaround (they were ready on Saturday), he also went above and and beyond to condition the leather (erasing a slight imperfection that was there from day one). I can't emphasize enough how much Alex cares for the work and for his customers. Before you go out and purchase new shoes, check out Mario's Shoe Repair. The cost is a fraction of what you'd pay for new shoes and you are also supporting an old world craftsman. If I could give him 6 stars I would!"
