Clarence Travel Plaza

"I gave 2 stars because food court employees aren't that friendly. I am a commercial driver, I went to the commercial drivers lounge to use the restroom. I had to wait in line to use the restroom because of the plaza employees. It more like the employee lounge not commercial driver's lounge. Furthermore it was disgusting, public hair and pee all over the toilet seat. You would think if the employees were going to use that restroom they could atleast keep it clean."

"These NYS thruway rest stops are all so cookie-cutter now. It's super clean but has no style. Easy in and out, but just a big square box with 2 or 3 shops and bathrooms to get you in and out."

"First visit in many a year and it's been really updated. They now have a breast feeding area and all gender bathrooms, at first I thought that's all they had but at the end of the hallway is the traditional Men's and Women's rooms."
