"Way too loud!! I'm not sure there is anywhere inside that doesn't need nose cancelling headphones. Sitting at the bar I couldn't hear the people next to me. Couldn't hear the bartenders ask us what we needed or hear when they were answering our questions. Bartenders were good and prompt. (Jennifer or Jessica and Peter I think) Happy hour specials aren't worth it. $5 bucks for a tiny plate of nachos when the actual nachos are only $8.99 and it's a platter and looked like more on them. Fried pickles were great and seemed sized perfectly. The fries were also on the smaller side."

"Visit was on 8/18/24 about 3:00 in the afternoon. Horrible experience! Way too loud! Couldn't hear my dining companions or the server. Waited forever for our drinks. Appetizers came out hot and tasty although took too long to get. Main meal took :45 to come out and was completely cold for all 7 of our party. Server no where to be found! Restaurant was less than half full. Food quality not as expected and overpriced for what it is. Server was pleasant but never checked on us and we had to waive them over from across the restaurant several times to get service. Asked to see the manager, they never came over. Took forever to get our check and pay our bill. Again, had to find the server and waive them over. Between games and food, it was a wasted $275 outing! Games overpriced also! The noise would have to tone done and the food quality would need to be stepped up for us to return. Restaurant is about 2 weeks into their grand opening. Can't believe there was not seasoned management and experienced kitchen and wait staff present to support the restaurant operation. My suggestion to corporate is to have a floor manager make at least one stop to all tables to be sure everything is good. It's back to Chuck-E-Cheese and Applebee's for us!"

"Great first time experience! Lots of games and good food. Although it’s not a cheap place..we spent two hours on games, with food and games we ended up spending about $250 for 4, two adults and two kids. But that’s understandable, it is a big place to run with many employees. Our town needed something like this…I’m glad to see life at Oakdale mall again."

"Food was good. Games are fun but cards are way overpriced! The biggest issue is the noise. The music is SO loud. I can’t believe they’re allowed to do that with their employees there all day. They brought us 4 game cards because the server couldn’t hear us speaking our order for 1. They brought us the wrong food because they thought we ordered something we didn’t order because they couldn’t hear us speaking. It doesn’t need to be that loud to be a fun and enjoyable experience. in fact, lowering it about 1/3 to a quarter would still give the feeling of a party place without making those who don’t appreciate that much. Noise feel uncomfortable. It’d probably also have a lot less mistakes in your food prep and service because people would be able to hear each other"
