"Good old-fashioned customer service and quality work in this business. Adam is almost a pioneer in the industry and his expertise is hard to match. He serviced a poor condition Dual 1219 I grabbed off of eBay and beat the odds of getting every single thing to function on it flawlessly. Initially it didn't look good and he didn't think we could get this far, but I left it with him for about a month (I was in no hurry and probably could have picked it up a week or two earlier) and when I picked it up I have absolutely nothing to complain about! Highly recommended. There's quite a demand for his services these days especially during the pandemic, and a very quick turnaround is not realistic. The pricing, I feel, was very reasonable . I wanted to edit to add that I was worried about a lost package or shipping damage during the peak holiday season with FedEx and UPS... So I opted to bring mine in person. South Street service is more than happy to accept your turntables in the mail and to return them in the mail."
