"I want to add a fast note. I went to this company in order to get a laptop for myself for when I go into the hospital. As it turned out the folks in this company sold me a laptop that was used and it had a bad battery. I was told that one was being ordered for me. that was over two months ago. I called once again to ask for my money back and I was told that I would not get my money back and if I did like it that it was my loss. This company may be okay with repairs but the units that are sold from them are not new nor do they know how to respect the public. their strong arm tactics that they use to cover up their poor merchandise is an issue that we all need to deal with. We pay good money for their far from perfect merchandise and they seem to think we as the consumers are there for them to disrespect and take our hard earned money. DON'T LET WHAT HAPPEN TO ME HAPPEN TO YOU."

"I purchased my mother's macbook from this store for Christmas last year and I could not be happier with the level of service I received. I was not too familiar with macs but Gene was very detailed in his explanation about all the different features. When I picked up my machine he and his staff helped my mother get familiar with the computer and showed her all the different programs. She is not great with computers but they all had great patience with her in showing the computer and answering all her questions. I would definitely recommend to others."

"I buy all my computer equipment for my clients there. This company is fast and reliable and has never really let me down in the 2 years I have been doing business with them. I highly recommend this company for anyone that is looking to buy computers, laptops, or parts. There prices are very reasonable as well. My mom bought a laptop here for my aunts bday and the only thing that my aunt had to call the store was to buy the $50.00 warranty for one year. The staff was polite to my family and very courteous. "I've been a customer here for several years, very friendly employees, and excellent computer work, these guys can do anything... They fix computers that best buy or staples couldn't fix, they are absolutely the best in the area when it comes to PC, and macs. I currently have my 27" iMac at their store and they have been handling the repair so delightfully. The most attractive part about this business, is their sense of pride, it's more than just providing a service for money. These technicians take great pride in their work, in their accuracy, in their speed and most importantly in their honesty and loyalty to the customer. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone, even those not in the area as it is so difficult to find computer technicians that actually know what they are doing."

"*** This is a long review with details... if you are lazy or do not want to read my rant, please go to the last paragraph. ** I got a mac few months ago. They have a layaway program, since my credit was not so good I decided to get this computer using their program. When i finish to pay it, i had to wait 2 months and a have to get it... Several excuses... finally I got my mac... i was happy... BUT the computer was SLOW. The guy from the store said I asked for that configuration and what not. He offer me to change the hard drive and get a smaller one, and he will fix it, off course, i have to pay for the new disk and the labor... so i decided not to do it and try to work with it. After couple of weeks since i got this mac, it stop working! It shut down and it never came back to live. So i took it to the store and they told me to leave my computer to fix it. I thought it will take couple of days... oh no.. it was 2 weeks! In other words, after paying and waiting 2 months and a half... i get this computer and just 2 weeks of usage and it stop working. Pretty sweet right? Then i had to wait for another 2 weeks till it gets repaired. When i got the computer again, after 2 weeks of usage, it stopped working AGAIN! At that time i was dealing with other things, moving from apartment, etc.. So, I took the mac back to the store on October 17 2013. They said the problem was my ram memory. So they have to do a test and then send the Ram memory to their manufacture, those guys have to do some test and what not and then they will send a new set of memories... So, I thought it would be couple of weeks like before... oh no... i was dead wrong... today is Thursday December 19, 2013 (i left my mac on 10/17/2013 its two months so far!!!!) and i still not getting my mac back. They said they got the piece few weeks ago but it was BAD... and idk what else... Guys... just DONT do not do business with this store... this is the worst experience I ever had in my life. I still waiting for my computer repaired... Just don't think about it... do not do cash, barter, any kind of business... and if you do, and then you got screwed like me... come here and write your experience."
