"I hadn't heard of Farralane so I was a little hesitant to make a BIG purchase from them (4 Astera AX1 kits, around 17K), despite the fact that they had the best prices online. But I really needed to spend as little as possible in this case, so I gave them a chance, and now I'll be a customer for life. The order arrived on time, as promised, but out of the 32 lights I ordered, there were a couple that had defects (due to the manufacturer, not Farralane). I emailed Farralane's customer service and Joe responded within 15 minutes. He got in touch with the manufacturer they ordered the lights from and had new ones being rushed to me by the end of the day. He sent me a prepaid UPS label to stick on the defective lights to send back. It literally could not have been easier. Great company, great gear, best prices online, killer customer service. I never write reviews but figured more people should know that this place is the real deal."
