"Terrible customer service. They would rather you do everything so they dont have to speak with a human being. Some customers dont have time for their way of paying online. Too many orders to place to keep track of another account number and all the silliness that comes with it. They wont call you back so my business will always go somewhere else. Dont have time in a hospital to be shoved here and there neither from one department to the next. Good bye Caprice."

"Place GSA order on August 8th, it is November 29th and STILL nothing!! Was told on back order, will be escalated to warehouse/shipping manager, you will hear back from us in an hour. I cancelled the order and requested a refund. Definitely will not order from them again."

"Government order was completed in February, haven’t received and it’s almost June. Got a quote and told the items were available in February. Just got off the phone with CEI and was told the items were on back order for at least another 3 weeks. This is after multiple emails inquiring about the status over the last month. In those I was told they were checking the status and would get back to me. They didn’t. Feel like they cared more about getting the order then providing me honest service."
