"Dishonest and Unreliable - Stay Away from this Fraudulent Company! This company's unethical behavior continues to astound me. Not only did they refuse to honor my warranty, but they had the audacity to claim that I owed them the batteries and charger. This is nothing but a desperate attempt to manipulate the situation and deflect responsibility. They tried gaslighting me into thinking I was refunding (I wasn’t). Their demand for the return of the batteries and charger is total nonsense. It's clear that they are resorting to dishonest tactics to avoid fulfilling their warranty obligations. This level of deceit is utterly unacceptable. I urge everyone to be cautious and avoid doing business with this fraudulent company. Their lack of integrity and willingness to gaslight customers is appalling. Seek out a reputable and trustworthy company that values its customers and stands behind its products. Save yourself the aggravation and headache—steer clear of this deceitful company!"
