"I had a terrible experience at Microtech Computers. They scammed me out of $250 and wasted weeks of my time. If I money I would legit sue them. I brought my laptop in for repair, and they kept it for almost a month, constantly making excuses for the delay. After all that time, they finally told me it couldn't be fixed, but refused to refund the $250 I had already paid. Their customer service was rude and unhelpful, and they clearly have no respect for their customers' time or money. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs! Scammers!!"

"Micro Tech has been great I came here for two of my devices on separate occasions and they have been great with the work they do. I came back the second time because they did so well with my laptop that I trusted them with my iPhone. My phones screen went straight black and my phone company refused to help me. They also fixed the back because it was cracked, looks brand new! Very professional process and efficient!"
