"Minus 10 stars for false advertising! I ordered a 3 phone combo pack including 3 batteries and all I got was 3 batteries! When I tried to look at the article where I found it on the Walmart site, it was a blank page that said Oh-oh! Page not found. Not a company to do business with at all !!!! Stay away from them and save your money!!!!"

"East Coast Photo is exactly the kind of business you want to avoid with online shopping. I placed an order on their page showing two batteries for 2-way radios, they sent me one. I wrote to them asking about their return policy and they refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing and did not address my return request. Thankfully, the online marketplace where I made my purchase offered a return and full refund. Their reaction to the problem clearly indicated that their false advertisement was intentional."

"If I could give a negative ten, I would, but I have to give them a "1" as a minimum! Emailed and contacted multiple times! Ordered through Amazon and here is what happened: I've emailed and contacted this seller multiple times and still have not received my refund. I ordered a memory card for my digital camera and received a cable. The seller wanted me to pay to ship it back, but, I said they made the mistake, they need to pay for shipping. Finally I got a shipping label and returned the part, but no refund and no notice from them. Contacted them again and was told I would receive the refund to my credit card by end of day Tuesday, Aug 16th. It's now Aug 20th and still no refund. THIS IS NOT THE SERVICE I USUALLY GT FROM AMAZON AND YOU SHOULD REMOVE THIS SELLER FROM YOUR AUTHORIZED SELLER LIST!!!!!"

"Ordered a replacement Panasonic battery; it did NOT work, AT ALL. Attempted to connect it to the phone several times and it would not charge the phone nor turn it on. DO NOT buy from this business unless you want horrible and incompetent customer service and always having to have a third party intervene just to get your money back. This business also never responded to Amazon's messages nor my phone calls. Will never buy from here again."

"Ordered item on Amazon from this company. They claimed to have it in stock. They had an entire business week to ship but did not. I don't believe they had the item in stock. I contacted them through Amazon but they did not reply for two days. When they did there was no explanation, no apology, no attempt to save the order at all. Just the cancellation. This prevented me from buying a desperately needed battery that is difficult to get. I've ordered the product from another company and how have to wait yet another two weeks. Meanwhile it's difficult to use my cell phone connected to an external battery all day. Don't buy here if you want good service."
