"Ally banking app and their customer service is a complete joke, I can not gey into my online account at all, after calling customers service 3 separate times, to just to talk with someone who speaks poor broken English, amd the back ground noise sounds like a scam call center. I highly advise if y'all can avoid using this bank as a auto loan dealer it would be a much wiser choice."

"Would not recommend this financial institution to help you out at all. I have had several loans through them never faltered on them or any other for that matter. Yes I have had a couple late payments due to covid and the effects after. Beyond disappointed in them they lost a customer. Here's another little bit. Loan says 100% paid in full I paid more just to make sure but somehow I still owe $53 I thought 100% is 100%. Complete. I don't do this I don't complain but you sit down for a car loan a house loan any kind of loan and they come back with we got you approved through Ally say no"

"About to refinance w/ another company ASAP!!!! 2 yrs w/ them and never had to call. Just called for the first time after not being able to make online payment due to their site being down/tech issues. They want to surcharge me to make the payment over phone. The guy helping me had “nobody else would hire me at this rate of pay so here I am” vibes. I’m getting out asap. I don’t even care if it adds a thousand or so to my principal. I never want to have to deal either them for any of the business elements in the future. That phone call was prophetic in how the experience will most likely be in the future."

"A ray of problems. Customer service sucks. They are rude at times. My boyfriend had them. He totaled his car and it took them MONTHS after insurance and gap paid them for them to close the loan. They sent a letter telling us not to pay anymore but kept marking his credit. They also mark your credit before your payment date. They suck. I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone for my loan for a few hours now and it keeps disconnecting me. It’s mentally not worth it to go here"

"These guys are the devil. I disputed charges that were fraudulent and illegal. The companies website even showed that you can get a refund within 60 days if not happy. They told me that I should read the fine print better. Seriously?!? I canceled my card and will NoT activate another one. I’ve had better service and luck with Wells Fargo for goodness sakes. Run from this bank. Try calling customer service. All outsourced. All of your personal data and credit outsourced. Zero English. I purchased a vehicle with an ally customer and the title is still not transferred 6 months later because they can’t send them or me the zero balance statement. People who don’t understand English keep saying it’s in the mail. 6 months 7 calls?!? That’s a credit card account and a vehicle loan. Why on earth would anyone do business with these people? They bought OLLo which was a wonderful bank. Run from these criminals!!! They do not work on your behalf."
