"I bought a HP Elitedesik Mini PC. The PC works great but i realized the bluetooh USB didnt work a couple days later. I contacted them and they very quickly send back good ones! But then i found out that the wifi usb doesnt work and they sent back another that works, but it stuck inside the usb slot. I tried to pull it out but the things broke. Microdeal quickly sent another one that works but also it was stuck in the usb slot. I left it be becasue it works. They respond very quickly and sent me replacements for defective parts every time i asked them so koodos to them. Would be great if the wifi usb didnt get stuck though."

I reached out to the seller to see if they had any solutions, they offered to replace the unit all together! Which they did NOT have to do. I was very pleased.
