It was very good, fish was cooked to perfection, rice was cooked perfectly and the veggies were fresh and crisp, only disappointment was that they didn't have any hummus out, but promised 2 scoops next time we come in. Service was good and food wait was about 10 minutes. I hope they'll be able to keep up once this place gets found out."
"Amazing food, amazing service!! Huge portions for the price - a heaping lamb platter for $9 is unheard of. Super fresh crisp veggies and an array of tasty sauces to compliment and complete the delicious meats and rice. This is the kind of healthy and wholesome "fast casual" joint we need around here! Super nice guys too - it was my first time in and they offered for me to try some biriyani while I waited for my fried food. And he snuck a piece of baklava in the bag when I wasn't paying attention. I'm sure this can't be an every time thing or they won't be able to stay in the green, but it was a really kind touch for a first time visitor."
"A new gem in Owego! Saying this as someone who lives in Manhattan and eats halal on the regular, this tops all of it. The white sauce is creamy and herbaceous with a healthy amount of yogurt and dill, the salad is fresh and crispy, the lamb is tender and not mysterious, and the rice alone is incredibly tasty. You get hummus, black beans, and multiple types of fresh and pickled veggies. The service is so friendly and welcoming. The masala fries are delicious, hand cut, and fragrant. The hot sauce is HOT. Not a bad thing to say about this place. BYOB! Prices are extremely reasonable with generous portions. I couldn't even finish my lamb platter. Will return."
"The food here is fantastic! We tried the Chicken Wrap, Chicken Platter, and French Fries. Everything had great flavor and you get a ton of food. A great addition to Owego and some of the best food in the area!"
