"Great customer service. Came in for a belt. Left with a new pistol. It was close to closing and I said I'd come back the next day when paperwork went through. They said to stick around and wait it out. It came in just before closing but we're willing to work with me because they didn't have anything urgent. Being willing to stay for a customer when they didn't have plans says a lot. They could have easily said it was too late come back tomorrow and I would have 100% understood."
