"I wish I could give them 0 stars. Their customer service is a joke, nobody ever knows what they are talking about. Banking issues where they return payments and refuse to clear late fees even though it was THEM that rejected payments. You have to input your information 50 times before anybody helps you and that “help” is nonexistent. I will never finance through Ally again. Ever. Horrible incompetent company. Save your energy, sanity, and your money, don’t finance through them."

"I don’t want to give them any stars. Absolutely horrendous customer service. I sent a pay off check and they returned it to me because it was $8 short. I called about this and was bounded around to serval people, getting no explanation. Finally spoke to a supervisor and was told it was a mistake. I resent the check overnight, I called to verify it posted and got the run around again. Was told that the 2nd check was returned, put on hold multiple times, finally confirmed the check was received and posted and requested to have the late fees and finance chanters credited and was HUNG UP ON!!! No one there knows what they are doing and can barely speak English!!!!!"

"Zero...This is absolutely the worst financial company anyone could ever deal with. Absolutely impossible to get these people to give a straight answer on anything. Impossible to get a lien release letter and everything they tell you is a lie just to get you off the phone and that's if they don't just straight up hang up on you. The worst customer service and ridiculous way they conduct business. You are promised one thing and then when you call them out on it it takes 10 days to process anything and you till don't get what you need. I still cannot get a lien release from these people. Nobody here knows what they are talking about and everyone gives a different answer. I warn everyone to never ever use this place for anything!!!!!!"

"An absolute joke of a company. They suspend your payment for no reason without notice then claim you are late. Then try to tell you to pay through a 3rd party agency with a bunch of fees added on. Avoid this company at all costs. They are rude, unprofessional, and hang up on you everytime you call."

"I was an Ally Bank customer for over five years through two leased vehicles. There customer service has declined and they are unprofessional and terrible to deal with. After deciding not to lease a third vehicle I turned in my leased vehicle clean, under mileage with new tires etc as a good customer. After completing all paperwork and talking with three representatives I concluded my business and closed my account. One month later I received a bill for $453.00 which they said was a fee for not getting an additional lease vehicle from Ally. I disputed this and complained to the Better Business Bureau. Currently I am on my third month of disputing this on my credit report. Ally Bank is happy to fight with me and spend endless resources for less than $500.00 dollars; but they could not spend five minutes to keep me as a valued customer who never paid late. How dumb! What a foolish business model. Ally Bank will not even communicate with an existing customer. If you want an auto loan they only communicate with dealerships. They are dishonest and inefficient."
