"I purchased a gun from Great Lakes on 7/1, the 1st day of the sale. The flyer showed that the gun had a $25 rebate through the manufacturer that didn't exist. I've reached out to Great Lakes about this issue and they repeatedly told me to contact the manufacturer which is Winchester. Winchester had no idea of any rebate that they were advertising. I contacted Great Lakes again. They refused to do anything about it and took my name and number to give to the owner. That was 10 days ago and I've haven't heard a word from them. You just lost a customer because of your lack of customer service. I'll go back to The Fin from now on."

"An outdoorsman's paradise. They have a reloading area in the store that is well stocked even though they didn't have the Herco powder I was after. The loaded ammunition department is impressive and I purchased some 400 legend cartridges. The store workers were very helpful and pleasant."
