Indulge in the ultimate vacation experience at Trails & Tales Mountain Cabins, nestled in the picturesque mountains of West Virginia, right next to the renowned Hatfield & McCoy Trails. Located at 38 Barker St, Northfork, WV 24868, our cabins provide direct access to the Indian Ridge, Pinnacle Creek, Pocahontas, and Warrior Trails, making it convenient for you to ride your ATV, SXS, or dirt bike directly from your cabin without the need for trailering. Our location is particularly close to Trail #27 Indian Ridge.
Our cozy cabins and cottages are designed to comfortably sleep up to 6 people and feature efficiency-style units with a loft. Each cabin is equipped with a full-size 12-inch memory foam mattress, two twin 12-inch mattresses in the loft, and two recliner chairs that convert into beds. The three-quarter bathrooms are fitted with a shower, sink, toilet, towel rack, and even Bluetooth capabilities for your convenience.
Stay comfortable year-round with our heat and AC mini-split units and stay connected with our complimentary fast Wi-Fi. The mini kitchen includes a Keurig coffee-maker, microwave, and refrigerator, and for your entertainment, each cabin has a 32″ Smart TV with Netflix. Outside, enjoy the charcoal grill, picnic table, and firepit for an authentic mountain retreat experience.
We aim to make your stay hassle-free with services such as clean linens, towels, washcloths, and housekeeping at no additional cost. Your furry friends are welcome too, with an on-site doggy park available for their enjoyment.
