"Eagle Stays property at 3410 Monroe Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44113, United States. This property was disgusting, filthy, and covered in bugs. As I moved around the house I noticed pet hair, crumbs on counter’s, random stains on numerous items , but the most disturbing was the live bugs in the beds. When I voiced my concerns with the host and sent them 20+ picture they denied any wrong doing and denied any type of refund. I booked the property for two nights, and was only there for a few hours. I understand things occur but the way the host handled the situation is the most concerning. I don’t recommend staying at any property owned by Eagle Stays or any other property associated with Bernie and Courtney"
