". We went to the Walmart location. The lady was very helpful and patient with us and our 2yr old. However, between people calling her from the other office and her being the only person to help them with something, and her computer or software messing up and crashing, it took a really long time to do our taxes and my young one got really bored and was acting out, making the whole process more of a head ache Maybe get some more employees and try to have something in order for other employees to only call people for help that are not with clients at the moment. That way, everyone wins, and you could have two computers there just in case one software crashes on one computer they could use the other one."

"Our tax preparers, while very kind and easy to work with, were totally unaware of how to prepare our taxes. Were told they had to send them to someone who knew what to do. This was appreciated but still frustrating. The fee schedule was no where in site so the online "starts at $65" statement was far from the final.cists over $400. Thankfully we got a discount for being new customers. Will probably go to another source for prep next year."
