"I had hired this company to install central AC and fix a few plumbing issues throughout my house. I picked out a new kitchen faucet for them to put on. I then left my house for 2 to 3 hours and came home with a foot of water in my basement. They advertise that they’re insured but they wouldn’t even tell me who their insurance company was. I have a mortgage like most homeowners and in the underwriting of my mortgage it says I must have an insurance company work on my house… Which most mortgage companies do require. So it boggles my mind why they couldn’t even tell me who their insurance company was????!!!! The workers were good. But there’s a huge disconnect from their office to their workers to the sales people as well. The sales person that told me my AC unit did not know to sell me a furnace as well… That further pushed back my goal of having this done. We had to have the sales person come back out and sell me a furnace on the day my AC was supposed to be installed. I hope the best for the actual laborers that work for them… I hope they find a good company to work for. I would highly recommend not using this company"
