"There banking system got hacked. By ATM some one hacked in using ATM from the Moose lodge in E/P.! And they don't even investigate! What the Heck. Not good! I filed police report, but unless the bank ask for help don't think they will help."

"Extremely slow. I waited inside for twenty minutes because the ATM was broken, only to watch car after car be served through the drive-through while the floor tellers serve other customers at such an excruciatingly slow pace. I’m not expecting fast food service times, but I do expect my time as a customer to be respected. Two business employees chit-chatting for twenty minutes about personal life in the offices, and three other employees behind the counter doing office type work or moving around desk items in an organizing fashion, with 4 tellers serving customers. Drive-through was the only service being handled expedient. Inside tellers seemed to move slow on purpose. It’s very rude to waste a customer’s time in such a fashion. What happened to customer service?? Being ignored by no less than 9 employees for twenty minutes was mind boggling to me. Meanwhile, 4 other customers piled up behind me as well. Poor customer service."

"If I could give them zero stars I would. Employees are awful. Stacy and Linda are completely rude. The atm rarely works and when it is operating it steals money and the bank refuses to count the atm or check cameras to give the consumer their money."

"So my husband and I went to the bank today so he could put me on his account, because he has to go out of town and work and don't know when he will be back to do it. Anyway the lady at the counter said that they are short handed and we would have to make an appointment. There were two women in the offices and two other working the drive through . The lady at the counter didn't offer any help or anything. Everytime we go to the bank and this lady is working she is never helpful or kind in any way. We are really thinking of closing our accounts."
