"I hired them to install a wall heater. I showed my wife the right breaker to turn off for them and got everything in order so they could get started. I had the instructions on top of the box. As soon as he got to the bathroom, not looking at anything, he starts telling my wife he may have to cut into the wall. If he had looked at the instructions, he would have known it went outside the wall. My wife called me at work to tell me everything. I said I'd bet he didn't read the instructions. Once he finally looked at them and started to work on it, he sent the apprentice to get stuff from the truck once or twice. Each time he couldn't find the tool, he got mad at him when the apprentice was nothing but very respectful. Finally getting the job done, he said he was there 3 hours and tried to charge $320. I called and said he was there for an hour and a half. So they charged me 2 hours for $220. There was only an hour's worth of work, but he played around and was not prepared. I had everything laid out so he could have been there only a hour or less. Used them a few times for different jobs, great work, but the one time I had to work, boy did the service drop then. I even said on the phone the heater goes outside of the wall, and he didnt need to cut anything."

"Super group of electricians and staff that did a new 12 KW Generac Generator with new box and complete rewire of our down to the studs roof off Leesville Lake cottage remodel about 3 years ago. Everything has worked perfectly without a hitch. They were very responsive to fixture placement and installation details. We feel they were very reasonable for the time spent and the quality of the install. I write this as they come out yearly for generator maintenance. Highly recommend!"

Had to completely install everything new. They worked through the rain and we were back with power within 10 hours. They did a fantastic job and were so considerate and professional. "Quick response, but did not fix problem. Our breaker was tripping. The man said he replaced the correct item, but he replaced a completely unrelated part. When we called back to say it didn't work, they said they could not come out for another week. Family friend took a look at it and fixed it in 5 minutes. Told us he had worked with this company before and didn't have positive encounters. Dissapointed, but at least we fixed our own problem."
