"Called and drove around all day saturday looking for brushes. Started calling Monday all around me those that did answer the phone said it would be weeks to get brushes made, weren't really interested in a small sale. Called Berger, Jake answered, I explained my issue, he said hold on, found what I needed come down. I drove the 45 min to them, the ones I described I measured wrong the ones I needed were also in stock. He had to make some adjustments, in ten min I was out the door. Cared about me and my problem. Seemed genuinely interested in being a part of the solution to my problem. Thanks, moving all my motor business there."
