"WARNING! Terrible customer service. The jeweler ruined a ring that I bought as a Christmas gift for my daughter that I simply wanted resized. He blamed me and said he assumed I knew the ring would discolor and get scratched when he resized it. He refused to see the illogic that I never would have chosen to proceed had I known the ring would be ruined. My requests for a refund were dismissed because he said he did nothing wrong; he did what I asked him to do - resize the ring - that it came out discolored and scratched was beside the point. He also claimed not to be able to tell the difference between solid gold and gold plated. A jeweler without this basic knowledge is not someone you want to work with. The motto here is the customer is always wrong. Take your business elsewhere."
