"Wes took good care of us when servicing our John Deere. He picked up our mower and dropped back off all within 2 days. We have used Mowers and Blowers in past for oil changes and will continue to use their services!"

"My father dropped off his lawn mower 6 weeks ago to have one part replaced. It was impossible to get ahold of anyone for 3 weeks so when I was in town I drove up there to talk to someone. They told me there was a back order on the part but said it was arriving later that day and they would have it done within 3 days. When I was unable to reach anyone after 4 or 5 days, I went back to which they said they still weren't finished. They never answer their phones and have been completely dishonest about the situation. My father has been unable to reach anyone and has been forced to purchase a new mower. Absolutely do not recommend as they have poor communication and you may not receive your equipment back at all."

"If -5 stars was possible, that's what I would give Wes with Mowers and Blowers. I have sent him several messages over my tractor that came back not fixed, nor did he do the maintenance I paid him to do other then greasing the hell out of the entire body of the tractor (including the seat & pedals), putting a new battery in claiming mine was bad but it was only used for less than one season(never even asked me before he did this), he did sharpen my blades and put in a new air filter. I haven't had a chance to check if he actually changed the oil & oil filter yet. He did not change the spark plug, grease any of the fittings that he was supposed to, service my power flow blower system or fix the issue of my tractor not wanting to start after it is shut down when hot. To top all that off he showed up at my house at 9pm to finally drop it off after his "couple day fix" turned into almost 3 weeks and I had to tell him I had someone who was coming to pick it up (I should have just done this anyways). When he "tried" to unload the tractor, he did not have the ramps lined up properly, and the tractor fell and slammed into his trailer and was stuck on the end of it. He had to yank the mower until it fell to the ground. He did not check to make sure there was no damage caused from doing this or even acknowledge it. I have sent him several messages since then because my deck is now broken, does not raise or lower anymore. There is damage to the pulley for the Power Flow blower system that is on the deck(It is completely bent) and the pulley cover is shredded. I can no longer use my power flow blower system to bag anything. The belt is damaged from me turning on the system not knowing he bent the pulley. All his communication is gibberish and makes no sense, if he even responds at all. He has completely ignored my complaints even after I sent him videos of the pulley and belt he damaged along with pictures. I requested a refund of what I over paid him for and he did reply to that stating "People claim this and never take it elsewhere because it was fixed" and then proceeded to talk to me like I was an idiot and more mixed gibberish. I would love to post our conversation on here but it goes over the limit. He did offer to pick it up again and take a look at it, after I stated I had him on camera dropping it off the trailer but from his severe lack of communication and lack of work, I do not agree to this. He can come to my house to look at it and fix it. I have yet to get a reply back from him and I wished I would have googled this company before allowing him to pick up my $8,000 tractor and damaging the crap out of it. I am working on getting quotes from other companies to fix what he broke but it is hard to even get an idea without paying someone to pick it up again and at this point I have not found a company with good reviews. I have already spoken to my lawyer though and know I have to get some quotes done soon to successfully file a suit against him for the cost to repair it and for a refund of what I paid. I have spoken to several other ppl in the area who also have nothing good to say about this company. If you are wise, find someone else to fix your small engine machines."

"Beware! Beware! Beware! I dropped off my leaf blower 5 months ago and still don't have it back. When I dropped it off the owner said he could repair it in 4 or 5 days but I had to pay $50 deposit. He said it shouldn't cost more than $50 to repair it. I paid the deposit and he was supposed to call me as soon as it was ready. I never heard from him. I went back about 2 weeks later and he said he needed parts and they should be in by the weekend and he would fix it and call me. I never heard from him. After months he finally said it was ready but I owed an additional $67. So I paid the money and picked up the leaf blower. When I got home I tried to use it and it was very hard too start and had no power. I took it back and he said he would fix it at no charge because his work was guaranteed for 30 days. 3 months later I still don't have my leaf blower. He won't return my calls and if I go to the business he just puts me off with all kinds of excuses. Very poor business practice. I don't know how they stay in business. Beware! Beware! Beware! The owner sent me a text on May 12th that repairs were completed and I could pick up my leaf blower. I picked it up on May 13th and it is running satisfactorily however it was in the shop for 5 months. In the meantime I purchased a new leaf blower for $169 and it cost me $117 and a 5 month wait for my old leaf blower. I will not do business with Mowers and Blowers again and I will not recommend them to anyone."

"The owner Wes is a knowledgeable guy who found a good replacement riding John Deere mower about a week after contacting him for a fair price. There were also other mower choices available. This was also during his busiest time but he still delivered the mower even after hours. I would recommend using Mowers & Blowers, but be patient during the busy spring season."
