"Fontineese Green is VERY unprofessional and motivated by money. I am a first time home buyer who was working with another realtor , fontinesse knew that and proceeded to call/text me several times trying to persuade me to work with her instead of my current realtor which goes against the code of ethics. She tried using the fact that we were both black & single mothers to get me to work with her! I ultimately decided to continue working with the realtor I had which made her upset , I ended up putting in an offer on a home that she was the listing agent for , it became a nightmare! There was no communication between her and my realtor. She blatantly ignored any questions I had or my realtor had. The home was very old and outdated. The appraisal came back & it needed tons of repairs that her seller was not willing to fix , so I felt it was in me and my children’s best interest to terminate the agreement. She became irate texting my realtor threatening to have her sellers sue me which was very unprofessional. Fontineese was upset that I was indecisive and I understand that but I am a first time home buyer so I want to be secure in my decision. She’s motivated by money! She showed my sister a home and didn’t even walk through the home with her , she stayed downstairs on her cellphone , she didn’t even know the basics about the home. Sq ft etc. I WOULD NOT recommend her to anyone no matter how sweet and sincere she seems! As soon as something doesn’t go her way she becomes a monster. She’s been telling people I know that if I ever put in another offer through the company she works for she’s going to have them automatically deny it. Just be careful which realtors you trust! They’re all not looking out for the best interest of their clients. If she’s the listing agent for any homes I will never make an offer! She made my first time trying to buy a home so difficult and a total nightmare. The threats are completely uncalled for. She literally intimidated my realtor so bad she left the company because they worked for the same company , all because I backed out of a house that went contingent not even a week later."
