"After they came to my house to estimate a plumbing job I was told they would call me with the estimate. Over 4 months later with repeated calls and leaving multiple messages with my address, name, and that I was inquiring about the estimate I received a call back. I was told then the estimate was done a long time ago and they would have to find it and I would get a return call later that day. I never got that call, so I called one more time about a month later and got the same response I got every time. No one was there to give me the estimate and I would get a call back. 2 stars because everyone I spoke with was very professional and polite. I will change my rating and my post if they give me a fair estimate. If you dont want the job just say you CANT do it. Even though you website says otherwise."
