"We went to Deborah a year ago to get our engagement rings appraised. First let me say that experience was fantastic! She’s honest, to the point and got the job done while taking the time to truly help us understand the jewelry we had brought in. We had known my engagement ring wasn’t set correctly before we brought it in, and it had been a sloppy job by the last guy to just paint the prongs of the ring white gold after he accidentally made the entire ring rose gold. Deborah came to our rescue, offering to help us recreate my ring to what it was originally intended to be. A lot of people in the jewelry industry would have taken advantage of us in this moment and up-charged us, but Deborah was beyond fair with her pricing. We had no time line, which allowed Deborah to take her time with ensuring us perfection. (She even told us she remade it 3 times just to be sure we got the most perfect piece!) Let me tell you, this ring has become more than I ever knew I wanted. She aced the assignment and some! Now it’s easy to clean and keep sparkling, it sits low out of my way as I’m someone who’s works with my hands, and it’s design emulates exactly what I had asked for “something that hugs the stone naturally, as though it occurred in nature, delicate and soft”. I’m blown away. Lastly I’d like to comment on the cleanser we received from her. Not only does it now have our rings shining better than ever, but we trust that it will sit much better with our skin as it’s all natural! Other cleansers had left my fiancé broken out in rashes on her hand, but we’ve had nothing but good experience with this cleanser so far! Looking forward to bringing our travel size bottle with us on our honeymoon to keep the shine going. We could not recommend Deborah more and we will be back in the future!"
