"A friend of mine from work referred me to Clark. Joy mans the phone there and they set me up pretty quick. They ran some new outlets in my kitchen and upgraded the wires to accommodate my pottery equipment in a studio area. They were professional (with an intuitive sense of humor) and their price was straightforward as well as reasonable. This was overall a very good experience with a company that's been around Erie for a great long time. I have already recommended them to others that may need an experienced electrician some day. "Really upset about this business. I called for wires got ripped off the house. They showed up hours later. Prior to that I called electric company, they did almost everything. So this Clark people looked at it for about 20 minutes then they left came back maybe 1 later and said they will come next morning. Morning came no one showed up. I called and receptionist said they will not do anything, cause electric company did most. I asked for Clark to call me no one did. 40 days past they send a $70 bill. I called and asked the same lady said because it was emergency I require to pay. For what? They not even touch anything. Looked and laughter and left. Please people this is bad business. Not professional."
