"It has been 6 months now they are a decent carrier, there times you get stuck with no load. I’ve been sitting for 14.5 hours with no response from my recent message. It appears that when fall through the cracks in the system it’s 24 wait maybe. It was a customer in Ohio which is in a freight lane. My observation is that most times things run good, but when it fails it fails badly. That’s why I won’t praise them highly nor give 5. Let’s face it they are an good company not a 5 star carrier.."
"My husband has been a driver for over 45 years, and now retired. He’s so impressed with the company that he’s said that if he was ever able to go back to work, he’d drive for them in a heartbeat!!! Great equipment! Excellent maintenance staff! HR is outstanding! I just don’t have enough good things to say! Beyond impressed with EVERYTHING!!! These pictures are of my first truck that I had initially, but it wasn’t too long before I was given a 2022 truck! Just love my company!"
"This company is cheap, and manipulates carriers. They do not operate on integrity. After years of using them I will NEVER contact them for any freight needs. The worst TQL rep has more integrity than Go to Transport best member. I assume this company will not be around much longer."
