Antioch Baptist Church

Antioch Baptist Church is a welcoming place of worship located at 332 Elizabeth Street, Sewickley, Pennsylvania 15143, United States. As a vibrant community of faith, we are dedicated to spiritual growth, fellowship, and service. Our mission is to provide a nurturing environment where individuals can deepen their relationship with God and one another.

We offer a variety of programs and services to meet the spiritual needs of our congregation:

- Sunday School: Held at 9:30am every 1st Sunday, this is a time for learning and growing in faith through biblical teachings.

- Sunday Worship & Praise Service: Join us every week at 10:45am for a dynamic and uplifting worship experience.

- Virtual Bible Study: Engage with scripture and fellow believers online every 1st Friday at 7:00pm. Click here to join.

- Women's Fellowship: All women are invited to join us every 2nd Thursday at 6:30pm as we study "40 Days Thru Daniel". Please note that the session on 8/15/2024 is cancelled.

- Missionaries at Bethlehem Haven Women's Shelter: Participate in our outreach efforts every 3rd Saturday from October to June at 11:30am, as we serve and support the women at Bethlehem Haven.

- Men's Fellowship: Details to be announced.

Our guiding principles are rooted in the teachings of the Bible, reminding us of the grace and wisdom provided by God. We believe in the power of prayer, the importance of faith, and the strength found in community.

For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— 9 not by works, so that no one can boast.

If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.

Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,” says the Lord.

“My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding;

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.
