"The Wood Street Station has had some improvements over the years, but it's still pretty terrible. They've installed a touch- screen kiosk, but no one I saw today could actually get it to work, so it's not really useful. The Port Authority is installing charging ports on buses, but these outlet in this station had a giant sign stating it's illegal to to use it. Finally, the Port Authority police like to loiter here, but none of them say anything to the throngs of smokers puffing away next to all the no smoking signs."
"Convenient location with a lot of variety of spots surrounding it or immediately nearby. Easy in/out to renew bus passes. Simple to catch the T in either direction. Needs paper schedules stocked better though."
"Lots of memories here. I also suggest you NEVER pull out a cigarette here (god forbid open a fresh pack) unless you expect to be bummed down to your socks"
