"I took my 2022 Honda CRV in for a recall this morning at 8am. Everyone was kind and helpful, no complaints. I got in my car to leave and I knew they had been in my glove compartment because I keep spare socks and a spare pair of underwear in there. The socks were on the ground and the underwear was pulled to the front. A few hours later, I am driving and my AC starts making this awful grinding noise. I immediately call the service dept who says (and I quote) "I've heard cars do that before when there is a mouse nest in there." ??? And asks me to come back so they can look at it. Naturally, I assume that he KNOWS there is a mouse in my car. Why else would he say that? I open my glove box and pull it out, I can clearly see that someone has already removed the cabin air filter and put it back in because it is ripped in the front. I remove the filter and lo and behold.. a mouse nest with a bunch of (now) dead mice. Clearly they saw this before I left. You can see where they ripped the filter and what the nest looks like... why did they not mention this while I was there?? I didn't only give one star because I truly thought I had a decent experience while I was there.. but this was SO SHADY. I'm glad I took the initiative to pull out the glove box on my own so that I could handle it.. but now I'm weary on taking it in there again.."
