"I do not know who is in chardge of that office, but it is the worst DMV to deal with, staff is awful and the manager is not right for the position. I was ther on 5/2/2024 and will never go back to that DMV Boardman, Ohio 44512. The staff and manager need alot of customer services training. KRW If i could give 0 star i would"

"Amy and Cindy were great they were able to get My grandsons driver license to go through it took a little bit. Social security has his name incorrect on the card. The day before I was there. Magda waited on me had no idea what she was doing. Since we are hispanic and she is. Kept telling me to hyphinate the name. That would have in turn caused extra unnecessary steps that I didn't need to do. Amy told me if I did that I would have to get a name change document from the court. I felt like I was being racially profiled since we were hispanic and so was magda. Amy and Cindy were very patient knew what to do. I'm giving 5 stars for Amy and Cindy."

"I'm checking on online made it easy here and quicker. However some of the ladies, Cindy, and their male Manager, I swear get off on making it extremely difficult and are no short of rude and have a very "matter of fact" attitude. When in the instant and situation could be much easier to be helpful and kind. So if you would like a challenge and the runaround, that's where you should go. So after five visits on three separate occasions, ultimately had everything I needed which I understand there are guidelines. But because I retraced my zero on my social, Cindy the clerk told me I couldn't be helped that day. I needed different docs cause I retraced it."

"Overall, not including the initial waiting period, which requires you to wait outside before you can check in at the front desk an obtain a digital line number and then wait inside your car until you receive a text message. Some of the employees were nice including the receptionist, yet others were downright rude. I know it was Monday but it was as though I wasn't deserving of common decency let alone professional services. The whole experience was long (2+ hours just to fax a document to Columbus for the small fee of 10$) , pricey, and lackluster! Nice job keeping the services the same as always."
