"It's really concerning when you see companies discriminating against the disabled and elderly. Just saw this public post on fb about this company: "Shout out to Tony’s Taxi for being horrible to my senior client not once but TWICE. My 94 year old client who uses a walker to get around was met with complete disrespect by their driver three weeks ago when we scheduled her a ride home. We unfortunately had to call them today because they were the only available taxi service and upon seeing it was my client (we waved and he was looking at us), he drove off and refused to come back and pick her up. Because he couldn’t be ‘inconvenienced’ to unload her walker from the back seat at drop off. Is this just how we treat elderly folks now?" This sounds like a great opportunity to correct internal issues."

"I have pretty severe social anxiety due to my ptsd and it's hard for me to get out sometimes, Tony was super helpful with running a simple pick-up from the store for me and it was a very calm experience overall. 10/10 will be using this service again."

"I called for a cab at 19:30. They told me I would arrive in 20 min. At 30 min I called several times and got only voicemail. At 20:05 they called me and told me the cab was "around the corner" the cab arrived at 20:15. A 10 minute drive later from down town to the hotel. $19.00. I used uber from the hotel to downtown. It was $7.00 (It was unavailable at this time). The driver was very polite. I would not recommend this company."
