"Worst experience EVER! I rented a unit in mid March. I moved in Wednesday/Thursday and moved out on Sunday. I paid the whole month, no problem, gotta pay for convenience. I called Monday to let them know I was gone, the locker was cleaned out and my locks removed. The service center says normally you have to terminate in writing but that he'd just put the order through. I thanked him and thought that was the end of it. 2 weeks later they attempted to charge my card for April! Overdrafted twice on 4/1. I got in their website and used their contact form to cancel again. 24 hours later I get a response that I left a lock on the unit and a 3rd overdraft. I check their website and the unit is listed for rent again! I called customer service again and explained the situation and was told that she would cancel it and escalate the call to the next department and someone would call me back. No call yesterday, but I did get ANOTHER overdraft notice. Up to 4 overdrafts now. I don't know at this point how to resolve the situation. Every night at 1AM they try to take money, all I can do is keep the account empty and hope they cancel for non payment, maybe? Worst storage experience EVER!!!"
