"They have been great in the past.but since local storage took it over and Kim no longer owns it not as good by far.I Was there 3 yrs w Kim never price raise or late payment.but since local took over There's been several rate increases there's no dumpster on site which I see as Lack of customer service nor appreciation for as much as storage cost us anyway.I found a mousd in my unit dead and my mattress damp on bottom So with that being said I'm gonna get my 3 units cleaned up and downsized as I have 3. Also there's never a real person on-site or answering the phone.But,Usually they are prompt on calling you back if you leave a message and wait. But,I've never had a problem there otherwise and my stuffs always been safe and secure."
