"I hate to write a review like this, but although the staff are incredibly friendly, and the locker rooms are very well kept, there are some serious issues with the facility. Several machines are damaged or not working. The pec fly machine, for example, is a hazard—it's so broken that even when both sides are set to the same number, they're 7 or 8 inches apart. That is a recipe for a serious shoulder injury to happen. The leg extension machine lacks tension at the bottom of the motion where you want it most. Plus, the gym lacks several key pieces of equipment one would expect for the price. I really wish I could recommend this place, but until things are fixed, it's impossible to recommend this gym at the premium price they're charging. Update I'm not sure if you were completely truthful about having your "master trainer" examine the machine, but I returned, hoping it would be correctly aligned as you confidently stated in your response. However, as you can see, it's far from aligned. I find it incredibly disrespectful that you tried to invalidate my legitimate concerns and claimed I have never visited. So, perhaps next time, it would be more responsible to avoid misleading people online and actually take the appropriate measures to fix an issue instead of falsely telling someone they aren't a member. This is not at all appropriate."
